DPC-HL for enclosed freezer system control

  • The relay may control the speed of freezer and condenser using a soft starter and may be applied to analogue input specification devices (4~20mA) regardless of the manufacturers of them.
  • As shown in the figure, high/low measurement pressures are displayed on the full screen and the information (LOW, HIGH, F1, F2, OIL, and WET) is displayed on the under line depending upon the set values.
  • FND is applied for checking at a dark place and in the night and both automatic and manual operation modes are available.
  • When installing the device, the labor cost and space for installation of many pressure gauges and switches are reduced and the expenses for subsidiary parts and miscellaneous parts are saved.
  • With application serial communication (RS-485), an integrated program may be run for remote operation monitoring and release of set values and operation alarm in relation to temperature and humidity.

MPC-HLO for Semi-Enclosed Freezer System Control

  • Built-in oil pressure switch, control of semi-enclosed freezer operation, and 3-step control of condenser fan motor The relay may control the speed of freezer and condenser using a soft starter and may be applied to analogue input specification devices regardless of the manufacturers of them.(Analogue control module for EEV, inverter, SCR, and PLC etc)
  • As shown in the figure, the measured high/low oil pressures are displayed on the full LCD screen and the evaporation and condensation temperatures of coolant are displayed at the lower part. Also, the information (LOW, HIGH, F1, F2, OIL, and WET) is displayed on the under line depending upon the set values.
